Collective Tarot Reading

I used to love doing collective tarot readings, and I’d like to get back to that but from my blog rather than on social media. A place where you can mindfully read up on the energy surrounding us without distraction. So here we are!

Sometimes, I see my readings in parts, as you’ll notice I have a breakdown below. Other times, I see the reading as a whole picture or story to be told. Before beginning to get into the details, I always give each card’s image an in-depth look, noticing colors, hierarchy, scenery, etc. For whatever reason, these cards are pointing toward work, career, and finding a balance.

Strength: In this card, we see a cat climbing a ladder just to pat the lion’s head. The cat appears to be in a dreamlike state, feeling safe, secure, and surrounded by bright, sunny skies. However, I’ve noticed a recurring theme in these cards: clouds. Whether they’re in the sunny sky, like in this card, creating an overcast effect, or bringing offers and thoughts, as in the last two cards, clouds seem to play a significant role in these interpretations. To me, what is keeping this cat on a ladder “grounded” is self-love or self-care. Sometimes, I feel like what we need MOST is presence, and that’s exactly what’s going on here. If you’ve been waiting for your next steps to reveal themselves in ANY area of your life, maybe being present and finding strength while living through various unknowns will be your superpower. If we’re looking around too much, we may miss the details and the steps making themselves known. That doesn’t mean that we don’t go out and associate with the community, hunt for jobs, make new friends, or put in the effort. It means that we continue to do those things while slowing ourselves down enough to stop and smell the roses. There are peaks and valleys to all things in life! Valleys provide important lessons so that we can fully support and sustain the peaks.

Seven of Wands: I always see this card as competitive in a victorious way. It screams “beating the odds” and being secure within yourself, your journey, and your story. Don’t be overwhelmed by competition because what’s meant for you WILL find you. If you’re applying for a job, event, or something where you know many candidates are being considered, rest assured that your place and way has already been made. If the opportunity you were looking for falls through, there’s something right behind it that’s literally waiting for you to claim it. The timing of this is just up to the whimsy ways and wills of the Universe, so I can’t give you an exact timeline. Just keep looking ahead. Stay diligent and vigilant. Take breaks, rest, and restore yourself.

Four of Cups: It’s easy to get grumpy over situations you’ve outgrown while waiting to know what your next move is. The Four of Cups often speaks to being extremely bored or underwhelmed with the current routines in your life. Yes, there’s stability, work to be done, and security, but at what cost? Maybe in theory you have everything you should need to be happy but you just feel like something is missing. Try not to be so focused on the things in front of you that aren’t satisfying because you might be missing something.

P.S. This card also gives me the impression that there’s someone who may be reading this, and they’re just living on coffee, vibes (barely), and no breaks. Babe, make time for yourself. Stop doing so much. And kindly sit your little butt down. You don’t need to touch grass — you need to lie in it.

When you’re on the go and don’t have your deck at hand, have you ever used a digital deck? I’ve been using the Angel Tarot Cards deck for YEARS, and I don’t necessarily work directly with angels. It’s just the one digital deck that’s stayed consistent and quickly became my most-used digital deck. I’ve used it to find lost objects, give others readings while my physical decks are at home, and for my own readings on vacation. To me, with everything being energy paired with electromagnetic frequencies and randomized programming, a digital deck can work just as well and be just as accurate.
